Nut-Free Shoppe Selling Sweet Alexis Bakery products this Saturday, May 21st at "Greenfest 2011". The event is held at Kennedy Plaza, City Hall, Long Beach from 10-4pm! The Sweet Alexis Bakery is now serving Wheat-less Chocolate Chip cookies! In store for now but hitting the web soon, our Dairy free, Egg Free, Peanut Free, Tree nut free and now Wheat-less cookies are incredibly delicious. A must try for everyone! Why not call them Gluten Free? Because our amazing cookies are made in a facility with wheat and although we use gluten free chocolate chips and margarine, there could be a trace amount of wheat. We have to admit, we may have hit the jackpot on this one...it's a hit with everyone!!!

We at the Sweet Alexis Bakery support and encourage anyone with a medical condition to contact the MedicAlert Foundation. The service is amazing and allows Alexis and her brother Ryan, who both suffer from life threatening food allergies, to have a sense of security and independence. They know that if they have an emergency, MedicAlert is there 24 hours to give first responders necessary medical and contact information should we not be with them. At the Sweet Alexis Bakery, we not only make delicious dairy free, egg free, tree nut and peanut free cookies, cupcakes, breads and more, but we advocate for and offer support to those suffering with food challenges including anaphylaxis.
